At SUVI Sports, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

  • Accessories, Pet wear, other items like inner wear, sports bras, socks (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at suvi@suvisports.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after quality check of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Affiliated Merchandise Note

Products related to Punjab Kings (including t-shirts and pet wear) are subject to the same return conditions. Please ensure proper sizing before purchase.
